ORANGE ALMOND CINNAMONS SWIRL BUNDT CAKE
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Serving size 8 - 10 Pieces.
INGREDIENTS
1 cup almond flour
1 1/4 cup all purpose flour
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 /4 cup melted butter
1 /2 cup avocado oil
1 /2 cup light brown sugar
2 large eggs (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tbsp orange extract
1 Zest of oranges
1 cup orange juice
½ cup Greek yogurt
OPTIONAL ALMOND CINNAMON SWIRL
1 /3 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 /3 cup cake batter

DIRECTIONS
Step 1
Grease and flour a bundt pan.
Step 2
Important Step: Sugar & Orange Infusion: In a small bowl, add the sugar and orange zest, rub it together to release the orange zests. Set this mixture aside and begin preparing the batter.

Mix Dry Ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk & sift together the almond flour, all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.

Wet Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, beat the butter and sugar/orange infusion together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla & orange extract, greek yogurt and orange juice.
